However, please note that the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, without prior notice or conditions. Urban Grid is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All implied warranties or conditions (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Urban Grid makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the software. Urban Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the software, even if Urban Grid has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Urban Grid's total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the software or services. You agree to release Urban Grid from all obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.
Users are solely responsible for their actions and the content they generate using Urban Grid. Urban Grid is not responsible for any user-generated content.
This agreement is governed by the laws of México. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Urban Grid as a result of this agreement or your use of the services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Urban Grid. Urban Grid is not liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
